Mothers' Groups

Motherhood is one of life’s greatest adventures. However, women rarely receive any training to meet the challenges that come with parenting and managing their homes. Neeje offers women encouragement, support and skills to face this important task.

Mother’s Groups provide women with the opportunity to network with other mothers. They receive good ideas, practical tips and develop great friendships. Mother’s Groups have been held in Belleville, Kingston, Gatineau and Ottawa on a regular basis since 1984. They are usually held in the home of one of the participating mothers. Children are warmly welcomed. The format has included talks, discussions, work sessions, videos, book reading, question & answer forum.
